Bill Gruhlkey and Roger Morris welcome Pastor Roger Beach of Riverside Cowboy Church (Nevada, Missouri) to continue our series “Your Identity In Christ,” In this episode Pastor Roger Beach urges you to move from spiritual “milk” to “steak” by studying Scripture with other believers. Roger explains that your real battle is spiritual and that if you aren’t influenced by Christ, you’ll be influenced by Satan, so you must trust God to answer prayer and believe the first answer you receive is from Him. Using examples like praying through major purchases, he emphasizes letting peace “umpire” your heart (Colossians 3:15) and rejecting poverty thinking that keeps you from your calling. The conversation addresses faith and speaking God’s Word (Mark 11:22–24), integrity in your words, and giving God glory for His blessings.
