  <description>Hey there!&amp;amp;nbsp; I hope you're having a lovely day.&amp;amp;nbsp; If you've been wanting to start a journaling practice but can't seem to make it stick, list-making might be your answer.&amp;amp;nbsp;  In this episode, I talk about why list-making is a journaling practice, especially if you've been telling yourself you don't have the time or don't know what to write.  I share the story of the journal that led me to go alcohol-free in August 2013, and I give you a list of list of list ideas you can start using right now, including a few specifically for women working on living alcohol-free.
