Staying True to Yourself When Someone Says You Can Have "Just One" Drink
#355 Hello! In this short episode, I share why staying true to your choice to live alcohol free matters, and what to do when someone tells you that you can have just one drink or that you don't really need to stop. I talk about why we are vulnerable in the early stages, and some simple things you can say when you are put on the spot.
