Kerrville Flood Testimony Part I
This week on Extraordinary Living Bill and Roger host Jay Roberson.  Jay shares a testimony from the devastating Kerrville, Texas flood affecting Jay’s son Philip, daughter-in-law Lindsey, and their children. Jay describes Philip’s past alcoholism, rehab in 2018, and years of prayer over his sons, then recounts sensing an impression to pray the night of July 4 before receiving Philip’s text about the flood and uncertainty about their daughters at Camp Mystic.   Jay details how floodwaters rapidly filled their riverfront home, trapping Philip until the bathroom door hinges broke, while Lindsey and their son Jack escaped a floating truck, survived in trees, and later found the girls safe after being helicoptered out. Lindsey’s leg wound became infected and required hospitalization.
