With the leadership of head coach Liam Coen and Grant’s coaching, quarterback Trevor Lawrence took a major step forward, delivering a career-best season and emerging as one of the league’s top playmakers. Udinski’s influence extended across the entire offense, with multiple players reaching new career highs and the unit consistently performing among the NFL’s best. Before arriving in Jacksonville, Udinski spent three seasons with the Minnesota Vikings, where he helped develop quarterbacks and contributed to a consistently productive offense.
