If This Too Is a Mirror…
Welcome to You Are It Podcast Season 3, Episode 32 April 3, 2026 Dear friends, In this episode, we gently explore a question that has echoed across traditions and lived experience: What if what we meet “out there” is not separate from what moves within us? Drawing from the Hermetic Principle of Correspondence, the Mahavakyas of the Upanishads, and the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda and David Hawkins, we don’t attempt to explain reality, but to share the things in it we are beginning to notice. Through lived moments that include fear on the ocean, the search for something “more,” and the quiet recognition of what is already here, we begin to sense how our inner state and our experience of the world are not as separate as they seem. This episode also explores where these ideas are often misunderstood: not as a call to bypass suffering or injustice, but as an invitation to meet them with clarity, presence, and a deeper form of sovereignty. As usual, the episode offers no conclusions. Only a question, left open: If this too is a mirror… what is being shown?
