The days of the week increased. The wages went up.&amp;nbsp; But the toxic environment stayed. Always short of drivers. Awkward hires with limited people skills. And a school system that could care less what the bus drivers said. Student write-ups that went nowhere. Bullying in it's many forms continued. Some routes with kids who were always unruly and disrespectful. Now I can rest. I tried my best for more than a dozen years.
