Here is a sample self-care list:  * &amp;amp;nbsp; Take a warm bath with essential oils. * &amp;amp;nbsp; Meditate for 10-15 minutes. * &amp;amp;nbsp; Read a book. * &amp;amp;nbsp; Listen to calming music. * &amp;amp;nbsp; Go for a walk in nature. * &amp;amp;nbsp; Spend time with loved ones. * &amp;amp;nbsp; Practice a hobby. * &amp;amp;nbsp; Get enough sleep. * &amp;amp;nbsp; Eat nutritious meals. * &amp;amp;nbsp; Drink plenty of water.
