It’s season seven, babe! We’re here with actor Wendi McLendon-Covey. You Might Know Her From St. Denis Medical, The Goldbergs, Reno 911, What Men Want, Paint, Think Like a Man Too, Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar, and Bridesmaids. Wendi opened up to us about leading the cast of the indie drama Blush, “playing defeat” on St. Denis Medical, and navigating The Goldbergs post-George Segal and Jeff Garlin’s departures. ALL THAT, plus, the real bridal shower that inspired Bridesmaids, auditioning for Warren Beatty’s Dick Tracy TV special, and the Goldie Hawn/Darren Starr series that never came to be.
