I'll introduce the last trait of professionals right after this. Amateurs focus on short-term outcomes. They don't think about the long term, whereas professionals consider future consequences, short-term decisions, and long-term implications. It's an entirely different way of thinking. Professionals protect their future positions and realize that longevity is built on deliberate choices with clear outcomes. </description>
