Ep 16 New Journey - Getting Healthy, Real Weight Loss
Moné joins Colette on this twist for a MixItUpChicas show.  Getting a jumpstart on our “new years resolutions.” Hopefully its more than just that, and we'd like our podcast to help hold us to it! So, join in!
Listen as we talk about our reasons for getting healthy, pitfalls we often run into, tips, tricks when you work a hectic job and can’t find time for a true lunch break, and setting our intentions. From mindful eating to “treat yo-self”….like a toddler that is, listen in to ways we want to kick start this journey.  And, please pardon the editing (rather minimal editing). There comes a point you just have to let things go and not make yourself crazy. When it’s the wee hours of the day, well, that’s what you must decide. The struggle is real.
