The Power of Deep Connection and How We Lost It
Connection Full Circle: Today, I share a recent discussion I had with a friend over coffee.  In our conversation, we discussed the importance of connection and considered how, as a whole, we have become more isolated as individuals.  It became apparent how current political events, social media, and even Ai, have all led to deep isolation and disconnection, even when social media has promised more.  At the end of today's episode, I share several ways I am shifting my approach in an effort to strengthen my social circle, especially with the use of art as a form of self-expression and togetherness.
