He has since composed&amp;amp;nbsp;music for over 50 films.&amp;amp;nbsp; His sound&amp;amp;nbsp;design work placed him on the Oscar–winning sound effects teams for&amp;amp;nbsp;“The Hunt for Red October” and “Dracula” directed by Francis Ford Coppola, as&amp;amp;nbsp;well as&amp;amp;nbsp;receiving awards and nominations&amp;amp;nbsp;for sound design&amp;amp;nbsp;on&amp;amp;nbsp;The Little Mermaid,&amp;amp;nbsp;Back to the Future II and III, Stargate, Die Hard II, and Raiders of the Lost Ark.&amp;amp;nbsp;  Alan’s audio expertise&amp;amp;nbsp;in music and sound&amp;amp;nbsp;has been utilized for cutting edge&amp;amp;nbsp;projects in&amp;amp;nbsp;virtual and&amp;amp;nbsp;augmented&amp;amp;nbsp;reality projects&amp;amp;nbsp;and supervised&amp;amp;nbsp;immersive,&amp;amp;nbsp;interactive&amp;amp;nbsp;game&amp;amp;nbsp;audio.
