On this momentous FLASHBACK episode, I chat with writer and director Eric Appel who co-wrote and directed the 2x Emmy-winning ROKU original WEIRD: The Al Yankovic Story starring Daniel Radcliffe as Weird Al. (I also make an appearance in the film.) He has also directed an array of TV episodes including Brooklyn Nine-Nine and the comedy action thriller series Die Hart starring Kevin Hart and John Travolta.
