  <description>In this episode I talk about the best and hardest thing I ever did for my strength.&amp;amp;nbsp; It is also one of the things I have gotten the most shit for on social media.&amp;amp;nbsp; I have talked about this on more than a few podcasts but figured I would try to expand a bit in this episode for those that want to give it a listen.&amp;amp;nbsp; As I always say there is no one right or wrong way but the best way for you.&amp;amp;nbsp; In this episode I talk about why I did it for me and why we did it for my training partners.&amp;amp;nbsp; Then how I tried to meld it all together so we could all train together even though we may have needed slightly different things.&amp;amp;nbsp; In the end the way I see it is that the more often you can train, recover, and grow the faster you get to your goal.&amp;amp;nbsp; You have to be smart about this because if you're training to much you're just slowing the progress the same as not training enough. </description>
