Alexa is a spirited woman, who is stepping into a chapter of educating herself and community about ways to heal and find safety through movement, dance, and mindfulness. Recently certified as a Dharma Life and Soul Purpose Coach and Somatic Activated Healing Teacher, Alexa is learning to navigate the present through a lens of changing the course of her life by stepping away from her career as a teacher, and working to shift her life mindset through pursuing a more aware lifestyle.&amp;nbsp; During the past few years, Alexa has worked closely with those that are experiencing the grief of the death of loved ones. She herself is walking alongside her mohter, who is presently experiencing cancer, and processing how that has impacted their relationship as mother and daughter. Alexa is wanting to spread an understanding about how grief is a beautifully painful part of life that is not being talked about enough or being demonstrated on how to process it; when major life altering events occur to ourselves, loved ones, and collectively to all beings around the world. Alexa is also wanting to advocate that hope is possible even in the midst of grief.
