  <title>Colossians 1:1-14 - Jesus Has Qualified You!</title>
<description>Welcome to the Grace Coach Podcast! Mike and Kevin share their insights from the Book of Colossians as they dive into Chapter 1:1-14 1&amp;amp;nbsp;Paul, an apostle&amp;amp;nbsp;of Christ Jesus by the will of God,&amp;amp;nbsp;and Timothy&amp;amp;nbsp;our brother, 2&amp;amp;nbsp;To God’s holy people in Colossae, the faithful brothers and sisters &amp;amp;nbsp;in Christ: Grace&amp;amp;nbsp;and peace to you from God our Father. 3&amp;amp;nbsp;We always thank God,&amp;amp;nbsp;the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, when we pray for you,&amp;amp;nbsp;4&amp;amp;nbsp;because we have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and of the love&amp;amp;nbsp;you have for all God’s people—&amp;amp;nbsp;5&amp;amp;nbsp;the faith and love that spring from the hope&amp;amp;nbsp;stored up for you in heaven&amp;amp;nbsp;and about which you have already heard in the true message&amp;amp;nbsp;of the gospel&amp;amp;nbsp;6&amp;amp;nbsp;that has come to you. In the same way, the gospel is bearing fruit&amp;amp;nbsp;and growing throughout the whole world—just as it has been doing among you since the day you heard it and truly understood God’s grace.&amp;amp;nbsp;7&amp;amp;nbsp;You learned it from Epaphras, our dear fellow servant, who is a faithful minister of Christ on our behalf,&amp;amp;nbsp;8&amp;amp;nbsp;and who also told us of your love in the Spirit. 9&amp;amp;nbsp;For this reason, since the day we heard about you,&amp;amp;nbsp;we have not stopped praying for you.&amp;amp;nbsp; We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will&amp;amp;nbsp;through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives,&amp;amp;nbsp;10&amp;amp;nbsp;so that you may live a life worthy&amp;amp;nbsp;of the Lord and please him&amp;amp;nbsp;in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God,&amp;amp;nbsp;11&amp;amp;nbsp;being strengthened with all power&amp;amp;nbsp;according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience,&amp;amp;nbsp;12&amp;amp;nbsp;and giving joyful thanks to the Father,&amp;amp;nbsp;who has qualified you[f]&amp;amp;nbsp;to share in the inheritance&amp;amp;nbsp;of his holy people in the kingdom of light.&amp;amp;nbsp;13&amp;amp;nbsp;For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness&amp;amp;nbsp;and brought us into the kingdom&amp;amp;nbsp;of the Son he loves,&amp;amp;nbsp;14&amp;amp;nbsp;in whom we have redemption,&amp;amp;nbsp;the forgiveness of sins.
