A Meditation For You To THRIVE!
Hello beautiful souls, welcome to the ARTISTS RISING podcast! Today's episode is inspired by Tony Robbins' Priming exercise! I created a meditation for you that includes breathwork, gratitude, blessing and visualization based on his priming (because I love it so much!) and with a few twists! This week's bonus episode is another meditation over on the patreon and this is a very special one that I created based on some exercises from the book.
