Was really excited to catch some kombucha while i was out there and even more meet Cisco who was quite a character!&amp;nbsp; This interview took place at a local brewery called Naufragio which i was told was one of the coolest spots to hang out at in San Cristobal. They had artisenal pizza made from yeast harvested from the beer they were brewing.&amp;nbsp; Happy to have met you Cisco!
