One way to do so is to replace your regular office chair &amp;amp;ndash; both at home and at work &amp;amp;ndash; with an exercise ball. Just by sitting, you work on your posture, core strength, and can stretch throughout the day. Another great tip is to keep a stretch band in your desk so that, during breaks, you can work on your flexibility.&#13;
