Look for low debt and sales growth. Earnings growth or innovation (new products) move a tech stock price up You want consistent upward trending earnings, quarter over quarter of 20%, also compare to prior year to look for 20% growth year over year in same quarter High Interest rates can hurt tech stocks, and drive down the price of stocks   Technical Analysis – Look for a sloping up trend on a chart, 45% angle, vs hyper unsustainable growth of a straight up 90% angle.
