On today's episode of Mother Daughter Connections®, I'm joined by author, speaker, and mom, Jesica Medellin.   Jesica Medellin is the creative author behind the book First Moon Manual: Letters to Our Daughters, which is a compilation of letters, art, and poetry about the emotional side of menstruation.   Jesica has a Master's degree in Education with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction Design and a Bachelor's degree in Communication/Journalism with a minor in Technical Writing from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah.
