Randy Houser recently helped open a new Operation Homefront Village in Gaithersburg, Maryland.&amp;amp;nbsp; He helped cut the ribbon for the facility, which helps wounded military service members and their families.&amp;amp;nbsp; Randy also performed for the group and visited with them before a special cookout.

Thomas Rhett teamed up with his father Rhett Akins to support a charity in their hometown.&amp;amp;nbsp; Their performance together raised over 40-thousand dollars for Great Strides Valdosta in honor of their cousin Sophie, who has been diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis.&amp;amp;nbsp;

Sammy Kershaw is honoring his late friend and mentor George Jones with the release of a new album dedicated entirely to the &amp;amp;ldquo;Possum.&amp;amp;rdquo;&amp;amp;nbsp; The project includes a total of fourteen tracks, including renditions of some of George&amp;amp;rsquo;s biggest hits like &amp;amp;ldquo;White Lightning&amp;amp;rdquo; and &amp;amp;ldquo;He Stopped Loving Her Today.&amp;amp;rdquo;&amp;amp;nbsp; Also included are two new tracks that were inspired by the legend, plus a special &amp;amp;ldquo;Near You&amp;amp;rdquo; duet with Georgette Jones.&amp;amp;nbsp; Look for &amp;amp;ldquo;Do You Know Me? &amp;amp;ndash; A Tribute to George Jones&amp;amp;rdquo; to hit stores July 22nd.&amp;amp;nbsp;

Now it's time to go &amp;amp;ldquo;Inside The Song.&amp;amp;rdquo;&amp;amp;nbsp; John Oates met his songwriting match when he was teamed up with hit writer Craig Wiseman.&amp;amp;nbsp; John recently shared a fun story about how they wrote &amp;amp;ldquo;Lose It In Louisiana&amp;amp;rdquo; together, which is on his latest &amp;amp;ldquo;Good Road To Follow&amp;amp;rdquo; project.</description>
