He&amp;amp;nbsp;served on 20&amp;amp;nbsp;dissertation&amp;amp;nbsp;committees.&amp;amp;nbsp;He was a&amp;amp;nbsp;Visiting&amp;amp;nbsp;Scholar at Johns Hopkins&amp;amp;nbsp;University&amp;amp;nbsp;Center for Fire&amp;amp;nbsp;Safety Research and Policy.&amp;amp;nbsp; &amp;amp;nbsp; He&amp;amp;nbsp;is&amp;amp;nbsp;a&amp;amp;nbsp;board member of the&amp;amp;nbsp;Fire Service Psychology Association&amp;amp;nbsp;and Expert&amp;amp;nbsp;Technical&amp;amp;nbsp;Reviewer&amp;amp;nbsp;for National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health Fire Fighter Fatality Investigation and Prevention&amp;amp;nbsp;Program.&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;In 2021 he was inducted into the National Fire Heritage Center’s Hall of&amp;amp;nbsp;Legends.&amp;amp;nbsp; &amp;amp;nbsp; His book is:&amp;amp;nbsp;“I Can’t Save You&amp;amp;nbsp;and Don’t Want&amp;amp;nbsp;Die Trying: American Fire Culture.”&amp;amp;nbsp; &amp;amp;nbsp; About the Host  Richard B.
