For 5 years Tommy’s Chief Curriculum role helped establish consistency in client engagement and experience as San Francisco expanded to 7 studios within four years. During Covid Tommy helped the community stay engaged through online Barry’s At Home workouts and soon became one of the founding instructors for Barry’s X in 2021. This past year 2023, Tommy has taken on a Instructor in residence role, holding residence in 5 cities in 7 months. His cross functional work promoted client engagement, community outreach and Instructor experience support. Tommy has just stepped into a new role as the Sr. Director of Talent Experience, he’ll be based out of Nashville, TN and continue a 50/50 travel role promoting the best workout in the world.
