  <description>We all tell tales and they can be powerful if the right one is told in the right way. All too often a dominant majority white tale is told about the inferiority of Black professionals and other People of Color in the workplace and beyond. In this podcast I suggest that we need better oppositional tales or Counterstories to resist racist accounts and tell a differing truth. Often such CRT Counterstories are fantastical and imaginary but grounded in real racial theory so that people who might normally dismiss race and racism instead choose to listen to something new or different which might challenge their thinking. It is with this in mind I use a Counterstory from my own book as an example of how this is done. So please lend this Podcast your ear and enjoy a strange tale or two… </description>
