Make Good Friends, Make Your Mark - Always Close With A Benediction. That's an interesting idea.
 This brings us to episode 10, which is the final lesson in this series in how we can do an update of the classic book, How to Win Friends and Influence People.  So it now it's time for a review, a summary, and then some closing challenges to bring it all home. So please join me in this as we try and do some thoughtful reflection, and please consider using the very powerful suggestion that has a number of you confused right now.
