Yes. My friend would have fired Joe Biden from her company.
Yes I know it's a headline to get your attention and perhaps it's even Clickbait.  But the fact is that my friend who I had the opportunity to work with for many years to build a very successful company had a very good way to figure out how she and her colleagues should do life and business in their new business.  And we put together a very unusual statement that simply said, "...this is the way we do things around here."  And you could learn a lot from that.  In fact in your life and in your business you should make it clear to  everyone connected with your business. how you do things and why you do them well.  So give me 12 minutes to tell you the story.
