Well, there was a study done by NYU in 1978, where they researched and studied 3,500 businesses and they found that in those businesses in 1978, there was a 95% correlation between the value of the business and its balance sheet, meaning the numbers, so the numbers of the balance sheet, correlated 95% with the overall value of that business. Let's fast forward to the new millennium. There is now a 28% correlation between the numbers on the balance sheet and the value of that business. What has changed, where's the other 72%?
