Ulrike Krämer: The Generations Ambassador
Welcome to the start of season 3 of the Job Sharing and Beyond podcast! My guest today is Ulrike Krämer. Ulrike’s impressive career includes decades of working as a senior leader in international advertising agencies, owning an employer branding consultancy and being the manager and a professor at the Institute of Design Germany. Her experience dealing with different generations and cultures throughout her life, led her to start The Generations Ambassador business. In this capacity she is building bridges across generations and uses her knowledge as target group expert. Ulrike consults with employers to focus on age diversity as a success factor and coaches them how generations can work together optimally.
