He has a particular calling to serve in underprivileged communities. Justin has a passion for evangelization, catechesis, and discipleship. He is a graduate of the University of Saint Francis where he studied Theology. He also has a Masters degree in Theology from the University of Saint Thomas in Houston, Texas.
