You probably need a Doula! Support for Black Moms during Pregnancy and Postpartum
On this episode, Schnelle Acevedo and Adanna Dill chat with Tiffani Greenaway about her role as a doula, when to get a doula one, common misconceptions, why they can be an added support during labor for Black women, paying for a doula and more.  Tiffani Greenaway is a wellness coach, doula, and maternal mental health advocate. Founder of Mymommyvents.com, a New York city based parenting resource, and Kismet & Kemet Maternal Wellness, her doula and counseling service, the mom of two is a holistic pregnancy coach helping parents advocate for their mental, spiritual, physical and emotional wellness.  Through MyMommyVents and Kismet & Kemet, Tiffani strives to connect families with resources, improve awareness and reduce the stigma of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and support families as they go from me to we.
