A parkrun journey - the influential participant experience with Tim Oberg

I’m really pleased to be able to share this discussion with you that I had with Tim Oberg, the man who brought what has become a global success story, parkrun, to this part of the world. This is a great opportunity to understand the experience that parkrun provides, and how it goes about providing it. A participant experience which ultimately has had an immense influence on many people, influencing more people to sign up and show up again, and again, week after week until they become evangelists for parkrun, and start to bring others people with them - all of which has been a big part of the success of parkrun. So, I do hope you can follow these steps on a parkrunners journey and apply them to your experiences. For more on the parkrun story visit parkrun.com and parkrun.com.au + if we can help you design or redesign your experiences, please touch base for a free Discovery chat. Please do drop me a line at Andrew @ experience design . global - I’d love to hear about the experiences you are creating - and how you are going about! ++ more info, ideas and resources at https://www.sportexperiencedesign.com
