  <description>When you’ve been in an abusive, narcissistic or toxic relationship you’re bombarded with many thoughts and feelings, often conflicting. Most of the time those thoughts are not helpful.&amp;amp;nbsp; You judge and criticize yourself. You doubt and question yourself. You often feel shame.&amp;amp;nbsp; Even if you’ve been out of the relationship for a while, these thoughts and feelings can still surface.&amp;amp;nbsp; That’s why I’m offering to you a path to self-forgiveness so you can stop feeling “less than.” This is a path to self-compassion and self-kindness.  The more I practiced forgiving myself, the more I was able to accept the past, experience joy, and move forward to create the life I desired.
