Creating psychological safety in a diverse team
On this podcast in conversation with Ash Schofied the CEO of Giff Gaff we explore social mobility, psychological safety and accelerating growth. Ash is in his 3rd year as CEO of giffgaff having joined the company back in 2013 as the Chief Marketing Officer.  Born in North Manchester Ash didn’t take the conventional route to the top job, opting for technical collage instead of A levels and a Degree.
