  <description>The hardest part of any new endeavor is taking that first leap of faith.&amp;amp;nbsp; You gotta start ugly.&amp;amp;nbsp; So often we spend so much time, gathering information, and procrastinating for fear of how we will be judged.&amp;amp;nbsp; But we cannot complete the journey, reach the summit, or achieve our dreams until we get going.&amp;amp;nbsp; Starting ugly is the first step.&amp;amp;nbsp; Listen, no one looks good doing something the first time.&amp;amp;nbsp; Whether learning to ride a bike or start a business, it will take time to become good and even more time to be great.&amp;amp;nbsp; That means putting in the reps.&amp;amp;nbsp; TAKING ACTION.&amp;amp;nbsp; That action leads to opportunity.&amp;amp;nbsp; Opportunity leads to improvement.&amp;amp;nbsp; Improvement leads to success, and success leads to fortune.&amp;amp;nbsp; Chris Krimitsos is not only the definition of Starting Ugly.&amp;amp;nbsp; He wrote the book.&amp;amp;nbsp; Chris learned this firsthand, after leaving TV production and starting his own business development group in Tampa Florida.&amp;amp;nbsp; Starting Ugly, he would meet with anyone who asked.&amp;amp;nbsp; Filing his calendar with meetings, masterminds, and milestones.
