Tookie (or Toks as he is known) and I have been good friends since Weta released their debut (and only!) album ‘Geographica’ back in 2000. We met backstage at Kiwi high school band competition The Pepsi Smokefree Rockquest which I was competing in with my first band 1QA and Weta were the guest performers.
