From designing guitars for Ben Harper to Nordic Fatherhood | Hans Jahr, Norwegian Designer and Carpenter
Eps 12 Melbourne based Norwegian “Maker of Things”, Hans-Jørgen  Jahr, was so inspired by multi-Grammy awarded musician Ben Harper that he decided to start designing guitars. He didn't know then that Ben Harper would be his first customer.  This very talented and soft spoken Nordic designer, carpenter and photographer draws his inspirations from Bauhaus and Nordic designers. Hans talks  about his time in the Norwegian army as a pacifist and about his love for outdoors and extreme sports, including ski jumping, snow- and skateboarding. Hans is a very dedicated father and stepfather.
