  <description>Jeanette Dorner has been working with communities to recover local salmon populations for the last two decades. &amp;amp;nbsp;In her career she has been the Salmon Recovery Program Manager for the Nisqually Indian Tribe, the Director of Ecosystem and Salmon Recovery for&amp;amp;nbsp;Washington State’s Puget Sound Partnership, and is currently the Executive Director of the Mid Sound Fisheries Enhancement Group working on salmon recovery in King and Kitsap counties. &amp;amp;nbsp;In her spare time she also serves as Chair of the Board of the Pierce Conservation District and President of the Washington Association of Conservation Districts. &amp;amp;nbsp;Jeanette has a BS in Earth Sciences and a BA in Environmental Studies from Pacific Lutheran University and has an MS from the University of Washington’s College of Forest Resources where she studied Ecological Restoration.
