So, yes, this is going to be uncomfortable. And, that is the point. It can no longer be uncomfortable for only US. We need EVERYONE to have this conversation. In this first discussion of what may need to be many, I'll share some of my own experiences, discuss &amp;quot;The Talk,&amp;quot; and touch on the police brutality that has spurred the Black Lives Matter movement.
