Hunter is the point person for Maine’s Workforce Data Quality Initiative or WDQI, part of the national effort to build longitudinal workforce data systems supported by the US Department of Labor. Hunter talks us through the key steps that helped he and his colleagues build a secure warehouse (spoiler alert: it’s not really about the warehouse!).
