Since that experience I will never live one day without reminding myself and others I got you and you are not alone. I think feeling alone is the most painful thought we can hold. Since my divorce has been playing out, my mind has told me repeatedly I am alone. I have to acknowledge that thought, thank it and tell it to take a hike. I am only listening to my heart now.
