I have an online business and and offline business. My offline business, (sales recruiting) pays for everything that I do online---except it's not all that exciting. My online business is exciting, but it doesn't generate anywhere near the income that my recruiting business (offline)does? I need to be excited about what I do everyday otherwise I will not be able to sustain long term success. So I needed to come up with a plan.
