Before his current role, he was a longtime employee at Columbia University’s Double Discovery Center where he directed one of its TRIO programs serving youth with a specific focus on academic tutoring, enrichment activities, and college counseling help.&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;  </description>
