Eleni and Phoebe talk about how to maintain, nurture and integrate a shift in awareness. Notes When we make a leap in consciousness, our dense bodies can lollygag behind, causing some resistance to becoming fully aligned. Maintaining that upleveled vision in our energy field helps us to access the alpha state and to integrate our new awareness.&amp;nbsp; Doing heart-centered work (not busy work) requires us to show up in alignment with our vision. A tool to keep our vision alive and present is to create a physical piece, such as a collage, picture or something written, that symbolizes our vision. It may be a physical creation, but it’s representing (translating) our inner knowingness. Once we’ve integrated our upleveling physically, emotionally, mentally and spirituality, no we longer need that physical reminder. Celebrating ourselves helps us to stay upleveled, and to cultivate more self-forgiveness and self-love, essential ingredients for any upleveling.
