He is currently Chief Executive of Affordable Accommodation 4 students Association ltd \u2013 AA4S (previously Cass and Claredale) which is a leading charitable student housing provider. The public benefit of AA4S is to deliver affordable accommodation to allow students to be able to study in London.  Allan sits on the board of the ANUK code and its tribunal panel. He also advises the Mayor of London on planning of student accommodation in London, through its Academic Forum. He is a founding member of LASAN \u2013 London\u2019s affordable Student Accommodation Network.
