While it\u2019s no surprise that the cost of housing is high in Southern California, Henry argues that the policies in many cities don\u2019t meet the needs of renters, even in cities that have large populations that aren\u2019t homeowners. \u201cI think people would be really shocked at not just how many cities are renter majority cities, but some of the percentages of those cities, it's not 50\/50,\u201d Henry says of how many renters are in these cities.
