After spending over 10 years in academia, he took his first step out of academic system and became a career coach, a postdoc coordinator at the Justus Liebig University Giessen and &amp;nbsp;a co-founder of the Max Planck PostdocNet. \u201cReally the problem is that you focus on the academic track and a lot of people are really having biased idea that they can stay.
